2017-2018 School Year

OPERATING CEP - Fulton Independent School recently announced it will continue its policy to operate the community eligibility program under the National School Lunch / School Breakfast Programs for the 2017-2018 school year. Schools qualifying to operate CEP serve breakfast and lunch to all students at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-price, and paid student meals. All students will be served breakfast and lunch at no charge at the following sites:

FULTON CITY HIGH SCHOOL, 700 STEPHEN BEALE DRIVE, FULTON, KY. 42041

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992.  Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
