First meet of season

GOOD FIRST OUTING - Fulton Independent School’s newly reformed track team entered its first meet Tuesday and posted some great results and quick times.

The team participated in the McCracken County Quad-Meet I with Graves County, McCracken County, and St. Mary.

Finishing in points for Fulton City included:

Middle school boys shot put - Kory Carr, 3rd place

High school boys long jump - Travon Westbrook, 9th place

High school boys 110 meter hurdles - Keyshawn Murphy, 3rd place

High school girls 100 meter dash – Kyisha Everett, 2nd place; Shuntera Beard, 3rd place

High school boys 100 meter dash – Thomas Vinson, 1st place; Areon Ferrell, 6th place

High school boys 4X200 meter relay – Fulton City A – Areon Ferrell, Thomas Vinson, Gabe Harned, and Jordan Owens, 1st place

High school girls 400 meter dash – Brittany Pirtle, 5th place

High school girls 200 meter dash – Kyisha Everett, 1st place

High school girls 4X400 meter relay – Fulton City A – Shamarra Kinney, Allison Pirtle, Shuntera Beard, and Kyisha Everett, 2nd place

High school boys 4X400 meter relay – Fulton City A – Emmet Hathaway, Gabe Harned, Jordan Owens, and Thomas Vinson, 4th place
