FIS' 21st Century Community Learning Centers After School Program

CAMP REMINDER: B3 Summer Camp begins at 8 a.m. Monday, June 6. Themed "Around the World in 20 Days," the camp will feature fun opportunities to learn about various countries from the seven continents. There will also be time for crafts and other hands-on activities as well as participation in the B3 Olympics! The B3 Summer Camp is open to Fulton Independent students only. Only those FIS students who have completed 2nd through 7th grades may attend. 

Campers should enter Carr Elementary School through the cafeteria door. Parents driving their campers to Carr should let them out at the cafeteria door via the parking lot off College Street. Breakfast and lunch will be served. There is NO charge for summer camp.

Camp is set for June 6-10; June 13-17; June 20-24 and June 27-July 1. Campers can attend one week, two weeks, three weeks or all four weeks. Camp will run 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday. On Friday of the first, second and third weeks there are field trips planned. Campers will not return to Carr until around 3 p.m. Parents will be notified of these times each Friday. In order to participate in the field trips, campers must attend Monday through Thursday of the week in which the field trip will be taken. The last week of camp - June 27 - July 1 - will run 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

The B3 Summer Camp is open to Fulton Independent students who have completed 2nd through 7th grades. Registration forms were sent home with students in May. Parents who might not have gotten the forms returned to B3 staff members before the end of school may send the completed forms with their campers on Monday. Those parents who don't have forms may park in the Carr parking lot and enter the cafeteria with their camper to get them registered.
