Showing their pep

SPIRIT TIME - Before the end of the school day Friday, Fulton High School hosted a pep rally to get fired up for the Homecoming football game later in the evening. One of the events during the pep rally was announcing the winner of the pie contest. Members of the Junior Class collected donations to have one of three staff members "pied" in the face at the beginning of the pep rally. The three contestants were Scott Carlson, Chris Roberts and Coach Mike Thomas. The "winner" of the competition was Roberts (shown above) who didn't know the outcome of the contest until she had pie in her face since she was hit literally from behind. Cheerleaders helped get the students pepped up before the event ended. Kickoff for the Homecoming game pitting FHS against Fulton County High School is set for 7:30 p.m. at War Memorial Stadium. Senior Night will be celebrated prior to kickoff. Those attending the game are urged to wear pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. More photos from the pep rally may be found by clicking on the District Photo Gallery link on the front page of the website.
